We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and sales-driven Front Desk Associates who love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring positive energy to the workplace.

Being part of our front desk team is more than just checking guests in. You're the face of Drybar, the first impression, and the person who helps set the tone for an incredible experience for both our guests and team!

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, five-star experience for every guest.

• Bring enthusiasm, positivity, and great energy to every shift.

• Manage appointments, check-ins, checkouts, and phone calls.

• Promote memberships, retail products, and services while earning sales incentives.

• Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

• Multitask, problem-solve, and keep the shop running smoothly.

• Support your teammates and contribute to a fun, successful environment.

• Help achieve daily sales and guest satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.

• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.

• Passion for sales, beauty, and delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and technology skills.

• Point-of-sale experience preferred.

• Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to stand or walk during 6–8-hour shifts.

• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude..
