As a Drybar Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our shop and a key part of creating the signature Drybar experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create a fabulous first impression by warmly greeting guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and going above and beyond to create a memorable visit.
Drive sales and achieve goals by confidently recommending memberships, retail products, and available services that fit each guest’s needs.
Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing appointments, checking guests in and out, and processing transactions accurately.
Be a problem solver by handling guest concerns professionally and finding solutions with the appropriate support when needed.
Support your team by communicating effectively, staying organized, and helping maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming shop.
