Drybar Prosper is looking for an experienced, licensed hairstylist to join our growing team. We are seeking a confident, reliable stylist who has strong technical skills, takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide professional blowouts and signature Drybar styles
Perform a variety of styling services, including curls, waves, braids, and updos
Consult with guests to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations
Deliver a consistently polished and elevated guest experience from start to finish
Maintain high standards for sanitation, cleanliness, and salon procedures
Recommend appropriate add-on services and products based on guest needs
Build relationships with guests and encourage rebooking
Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain an efficient, positive environment
Participate in ongoing training and education to continue developing technical and service skills
Follow all Drybar standards, procedures, and guest-service expectations

 

What We’re Looking For

Current Texas cosmetology license
**Experience in a professional salon environment. **
Strong blow-dry and styling skills
Experience with braids, updos, curls, and other finishing techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Coachable and committed to continued growth
Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
