Overview

Lead. Coach. Inspire. Build the best blowout team in Bucks County.

At Drybar®, we do one thing, and we're obsessed with doing it better than anyone else.

No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.

Drybar Doylestown is looking for an exceptional Salon Manager / Educator to lead our team, coach future beauty professionals, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience every day. This is more than a salon management position—it's an opportunity to develop people, build a winning culture, and make a lasting impact on our team, our guests, and the Bucks County community.

We're looking for a leader who believes that great teams are built through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and positivity. Someone who enjoys developing junior stylists into confident professionals, celebrates team success, and creates an environment where both employees and guests feel genuinely cared for.

Our ideal candidate is customer obsessed. Every decision begins with creating an exceptional guest experience. You'll inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service.

If you're passionate about education, leadership, operational excellence, and giving back to the Bucks County community, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful career with a nationally recognized beauty brand.

This is a full-time leadership position requiring your full professional commitment. To ensure consistency for our guests and team, this role requires exclusive employment with Drybar and may not be held alongside another salon or beauty industry position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily salon operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of stylists and bartenders.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top beauty industry talent.

  • Monitor KPIs including sales, guest satisfaction, productivity, and team development.
  • Maintain Drybar brand standards, salon cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships within the Bucks County community through local events and partnerships.
  • Step behind the chair to support the team when needed (licensed candidates).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of salon management, beauty management, retail management, or hospitality leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading teams, coaching employees, and achieving sales goals.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering five-star guest experiences.
  • Positive, customer-obsessed leader who enjoys mentoring junior stylists and helping others grow.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must work exclusively for Drybar while employed in this leadership role.
  • Cosmetology license preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $17–$22/hour plus tips, commission, and bonus opportunities.
  • Career growth with a nationally recognized beauty brand.
  • Free employee blowouts Monday–Wednesday.
  • 20% employee discount on retail products.
  • Ongoing leadership training and professional development.
  • Fun, supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities to make a positive impact in the Bucks County community.
