About the Role
Drybar Wheaton is a blowout-only salon and we are looking for a driven, people-first leader to join our team as Assistant Manager of Client Experience & Community Engagement. This is not a stylist role — no hair license required. This is a business leadership role for someone who knows how to grow a loyal client base, lead a team, and represent a brand in the community.
If you have a background in retail management, salon or spa operations, boutique fitness, or any membership-driven service business — and you are looking for something more intimate, more autonomous, and more rewarding than big retail — we want to hear from you.
