Drybar Waco is hiring licensed cosmetologists to join our first Waco opening team! We are looking for reliable, high-energy stylists who enjoy fast-paced styling work, great client service, and being part of a polished, team-first shop culture.

What you’ll do
- Deliver Drybar styling services consistently, including blowouts, curls, waves, braids, updos, and finishing work
- Make each guest feel welcomed, heard, and confident before they leave the chair
- Educate guests on products, add-ons, and memberships
- Follow Drybar service standards, sanitation practices, and Waco shop procedures
- Keep your station, tools, shampoo area, and shared shop spaces clean and ready
- Work well with stylists, concierge/front desk, managers, and the Shop Educator
- Show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute to a strong opening team
What we’re looking for
- Current Texas cosmetology license sufficient for the services performed
- Cosmetology students may apply, but a valid license is required before performing stylist services
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
- Coachable, dependable, upbeat, and comfortable in a fast-paced shop
- Professional, polished appearance consistent with a premium beauty-service environment
- Must be available for one weekend shift per week
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed, along with
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to satisfy applicable background-check and licensing requirements
