Provide Amazing Blowouts: Perform high-quality blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services that leave clients feeling confident.

Build Relationships: Create meaningful connections with clients to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal clientele.
Recommend Retail Products: Share your expertise by suggesting the perfect Drybar products for at-home maintenance.
Promote Services: Help grow the business by upselling add-on services, memberships, and gift cards.
Maintain Shop Aesthetics: Assist with cleaning and maintaining styling stations, tools, and overall shop appearance.
Be a Team Player: Collaborate with fellow stylists, bartending staff (receptionists), and management to sustain a positive, supportive work environment.
Flexible Schedules: Stylists work on SET schedules that are revisited as needed, a minimum of 12 hours per week required.
Weekend Availability: Must work at least one 6-hour shift Friday–Sunday, including a minimum of one Sunday shift per month.
Stylish Dress Code: Keep it chic, polished, and simple with black, grey, denim, white, and pops of our signature yellow.
Valid and current Florida Cosmetology License (Required).
Passionate about styling and finishing hair (blowouts, braids, buns, updos).
Strong communication skills with a positive, high-energy, and team-oriented vibe.
Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to Drybar’s premium service standards.
