Key Responsibilities:

•Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail

•Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs

•Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals

•Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations

•Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment

•Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times

•Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces

•Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards

•Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols

 

 

We are looking for a hair stylist who has:

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
