Drybar Charleston | Full-Time Stylist + Education Leadership

Do you love teaching as much as you love doing hair?

Drybar Charleston is seeking an exceptional Shop Educator to help develop the next generation of Drybar stylists while continuing to build your own book behind the chair.

This is a hands-on role for a stylist who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring others, and creating confidence through education. You'll spend most of your time working directly with guests while serving as the shop's lead trainer, coach, and technical resource for the team.

What You'll Do

• Train and certify new stylists
• Coach and mentor existing team members
• Lead ongoing education and skill development
• Conduct practical interviews and technical evaluations
• Serve as the shop's technical expert and training resource
• Drive product knowledge and retail education
• Deliver exceptional Drybar services behind the chair
• Uphold Drybar styling and guest experience standards

What We're Looking For

• Current cosmetology license (SC license or ability to obtain one)
• Exceptional blowout and styling skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others
• Previous training, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
