We’re looking for upbeat, motivated team members who love customer service and sales to join our front desk teams at:

📍 Drybar River North
📍 Drybar Midland

Compensation:
$16.60/hr base pay
Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships
Opportunity to increase earnings with commission included

What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression
Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out
Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools
Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience
Support the team in achieving salon goals

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔ Strong customer service & communication skills
✔ Confidence with sales and recommending services/products
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred

Current Availability Needs:

✨ River North
• Weekday opening shift: 6:45AM–3PM
• Weekday closing shift: 2PM–8PM
• Sunday shift: 8:45AM–6PM
• Weekend availability required

 

✨ Midland
• Weekday opening shift: 6AM–2PM
• Weekday closing shift: 2PM–7PM
• Saturday shifts: 7:45AM–3PM or 2PM–7PM
• Sunday shift: 8:45AM–4PM
• Weekend availability required
