Position Responsibilities:
Stylist Leadership & Client Experience:
❖ Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring all Drybar standards are upheld.
❖ Support stylists in delivering the ultimate Drybar Experience by coaching in the moment and modeling exceptional service.
❖ Ensure that all company procedures, policies, and local regulations are followed.
❖ Promote and uphold The Anatomy of a Blowout, ensuring consistency across all stylists.
❖ Maintain awareness of shop promotions and merchandising.
❖ May perform bartender duties as needed to support the shop.
❖ Assist in book optimization.
Stylist Hiring & Training Support:
❖ Assist the Shop Educator in hosting and setting up recruiting events, including school demos and career fairs.
❖ Support onboarding by helping new hires transition onto the floor.
❖ Assist in facilitating advanced training sessions based on RYB comments, floor observations, and team needs.
❖ Uphold all standards and procedures stated in the AOB (Anatomy of the Blowout).
Hair Quality & Coaching:
❖ Provide in-the-moment coaching to stylists to ensure hair quality and client satisfaction.
❖ Observe and give feedback on performance, professionalism, and timing.
❖ Encourage growth through ongoing education and feedback loops.
Product Education:
❖ Support Shop Educator in training bartenders, stylists, and managers on product benefits and usage.
❖ Ensure stylists educate clients on at-home care and product recommendations.
❖ Assist in spearheading product launches and maintaining retail awareness.
Client Experience:
❖ Monitor RYB feedback and collaborate with the Shop Educator to apply coaching as needed.
❖ Interact with clients regularly to gather firsthand feedback and ensure satisfaction.
❖ Support positive resolution of client concerns in alignment with company values.
Team Experience & Shop Flow:
❖ Support a positive and inclusive culture in the shop
❖ Delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations (breaks, cleaning, stocking, etc.).
❖ Support stylists and bartenders on the floor with shampooing, finishing, and guest interaction when needed.
❖ Lead by example
Shop Leadership & Communication:
❖ Serve as acting supervisor when Shop Educator or Operating Partner is not present.
❖ Maintain open communication with the Operating Partner and Shop Educator.
❖ Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as assigned.
❖ Disseminate information shared in Pipeline and maintain awareness of promotions and sales goals.
❖ Help keep team morale positive and solution-focused.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
❖ When Shop Educator and Operating Partner are unavailable, supervise Bartenders and Stylists during assigned shifts.
❖ Report concerns, safety issues, or policy violations promptly to leadership.
