📍 Drybar Missoula (140 E Front St)

Compensation:
✨ $13/hr base pay
✨ Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships
✨ Tips opportunities
✨ Average earnings of $16+/hr with commission included

What You’ll Do:
💛 Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression
💛 Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out
💛 Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools
💛 Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience
💛 Support the team in achieving salon goals

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔ Strong customer service & communication skills
✔ Confidence with sales and recommending services/products
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred

Shift Openings:
Tuesday–Friday: 7AM–3PM or 11AM–7PM
Ssturday: 8AM–4PM or 11AM–7PM
Sunday: 9AM–4PM
