We’re hiring BARTENDERS — the heart and soul of the Drybar experience. As a Bartender, you’re more than front desk support. You’re the first smile clients see when they walk in, the person who keeps the shop flowing smoothly, and the energy behind the entire guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, high-energy guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage appointments, phones, bookings, and guest flow throughout the day
  • Coordinate stylist timing and shop flow to keep services running smoothly and efficiently
  • Serve complimentary beverages and create a fun, elevated salon atmosphere
  • Educate guests on memberships, products, retail, add-ons, and promotions
  • Handle transactions, POS systems, and client profiles accurately
  • Help maintain a clean, polished, and organized salon environment
  • Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive shop culture
  • Bring great energy, professionalism, and personality every single day

We offer flexible scheduling with weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities:

 

Weekend availability is strongly preferred — they’re our busiest (and most fun!) shifts.
