What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services
- Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
- Build relationships that drive repeat visits and loyalty clients
- Educate guests on products and at-home care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Active cosmetology license (where required)
- Strong blowout/styling skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Passion for guest service and creating a great experience - a hospitality mindset
to every guest interaction - Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-standard environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to Continuous improvement and growth
