As a Shop Manager, you will:
- Lead daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Set goals, delegate responsibilities, and drive results
- Identify challenges and proactively solve problems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven management experience (sales, operations, or salon management preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
- Customer service–driven mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with MindBody software is a plus
- Hawai'i Cosmetology license or hairstyling experience is a required
