What You’ll Do as Our Educator / Trainer

• Lead hands-on training in blowouts, finishing techniques, braids, updos, and Drybar service standards
• Coach stylists at all levels—new hires, developing stylists, and seasoned pros—to ensure consistency and confidence
• Deliver ongoing education sessions, skill refreshers, and performance-based coaching
• Support stylists in mastering timing, efficiency, and guest experience standards
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and create development plans

• Model exceptional guest service and technical excellence on the floor

• Has 3+ year of experience as a hairstylist educator, trainer, or mentor in a salon, spa, or barbershop environment
