The Mission
As Shop Manager, you are responsible for:
- Running smooth, high-energy daily operations
- Driving the business forward through leadership, coaching, and execution
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and set the tone for the team
- Coach stylists and front desk on service, sales, and productivity
- Own and drive KPIs: client count, revenue, add-ons, memberships, retail, labor
- Build weekly plans and execute to hit goals
- Deliver Drybar services and lead from the chair
- Maintain brand standards, scheduling, and shop operations
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license (required)
- Leadership experience preferred (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
- Positive, steady, solutions-oriented leader
- Passion for both service excellence and business results
