About You

You’re a true people-person with a passion for teaching and styling. You:

• Have 1+ year of experience as an educator in a salon

• Hold a valid state Cosmetology license

• Love coaching, motivating, and building confidence in others

• Communicate clearly, even in fast-paced or challenging moments

• Deliver next-level customer service—clients rave about you!

• Can pivot, multitask, and keep things fun and positive under pressure
