 What You’ll Do:
As a Drybar Stylist, you’ll deliver flawless blowouts and styling using the Drybar Lookbook — from sleek and smooth to big and bouncy. You’ll:
• Create beautiful, consistent blowouts every time
• Provide exceptional guest service with a smile
• Recommend products and add-ons to enhance every look
• Keep your station clean, organized, and full of positive energy

 

💵 Perks & Pay:
• $16.50–$18.50/hr base + 💰 commission + tips + bonuses

What You Bring:
• A valid California cosmetology license (or close to finishing school!)

• Deliver perfect, on-brand blowouts using the Drybar Lookbook — every time, for every client.
• Perform shampoo, conditioning, and styling services while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
• Start every appointment with a full consultation and end with a confident “big reveal.”
• Maintain clean, organized stations and backbar areas throughout the shift.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional guest experiences from greeting to checkout.
• Recommend and educate clients on retail products to help them maintain their style at home.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders/front desk staff to ensure seamless client flow.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to take clients (we run on punctuality and teamwork).
• Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on new looks, products, and company standards.
• Uphold all Drybar brand standards — including dress code, professionalism, and positivity on the floor.
• Support teammates by assisting with cleaning, laundry, and reset duties when needed.
• Keep the vibe high — we’re in the business of confidence, connection, and great energy. 💛
