What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering beautiful blowouts using Drybar's signature styles
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client
• Recommending products and memberships that make great hair last
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and stylish work environment
• Staying in the know on trends, techniques, and Drybar standards
• Working collaboratively with a team that loves great hair (and a good playlist)

What You Bring:

• A current cosmetology license in Hawai'i
• A passion for styling, people, and all things beauty
• Confidence with a blow dryer, round brush, and styling tools
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work peak hours, including weekends

Hey cosmetology students!!  We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).

What You'll Be Doing:

* Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcome

* Checking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS system

* Serving complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!)

* Promoting and selling memberships and retail products

* Supporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanliness

* Delivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

* 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.)

* Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred

* Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

* Passion for providing amazing customer service

* Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hour shifts

* Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude

* Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems

* Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
