Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Promote services, memberships, and retail products to meet sales goals
• Assist guests with appointment scheduling and product recommendations
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
• Provide outstanding service that encourages repeat visits and referrals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• A positive attitude and commitment to team success
