We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who has:
A current and valid cosmetology license.

 Must be 21 years or older.
 Has at least one year of experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer/educator.
 Shampoo, blow-dry and amazing hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
 Ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way, ensuring operations run smoothly.
 Inventory management and scheduling experience.
 Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
 Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
 A desire to provide exceptional service not only to our clients but to our staff, driving a positive, learning and development focused culture.
 Can easily handle difficult moments and pivot smoothly with finesse, multitasking easily.
