Drybar Sarasota at UTC is on the hunt for outgoing, confident, and customer-obsessed team players to join us as Bartenders (our Drybar term for front desk + sales associates). 🧡 What You'll Be Doing:
Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality
Educate clients on membership benefits, add-ons, and styling products
Drive sales by matching products and services with each guest’s needs
Manage appointments, process check-ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop
Assist stylists, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every visit is smooth and memorable
