Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a Shop Manager who:

• Has a preferred minimum of 5+ years experience as a Master Stylist, Cosmetologist Trainer/Educator in a hair salon environment
• Holds a current and valid Cosmetology license in Georiga
• Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
• Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
• Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with ease
• Ability to coach, educate and lead a team of hairstylists in a fast paced environment
• Results driven, goal focused leader
• Time Management skills and attention to detail is a must
• Full-time availablilty which includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours

Here is what you will be doing as a Shop Manager:

• Manage hair quality by upholding Drybar standards including scheduling and conducting practical
  stylist interviews, developing personalized training plans, and providing follow up training
• Conduct stylist new-hire training in a timely manner, ensuring all certification criteria and
  onboarding is met prior to releasing trainees to the floor
• Be scheudled on the books for at least 75% of the time, performing blowouts and leading
  the shop experience by example
• Work the floor/perform blowouts/step in diplomatically to assist with blowouts as needed
• Product training and drive sales through product knowledge
• Ongoing training, one-on-one coaching, and conducting troubleshooting classes
• Monitor RYB, maintaining 4.8 or higher
• Report interview results and training feedback
• Share floor and performance-related observations with company leadership
• Monitor shop metrics, strive to reach all shop level goals and targets

• Hair stylists perform amazing blow outs on our clients! It’s all about beauty.
• Provide an over the top client experience.
• We love to sell products and tools - it's easy because our clients love us!
• We need to keep the shop fresh, stylist side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
• We love to connect with our stylists so we have meetings regularly.
