What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcome
- Checking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS system
- Serving complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!)
- Promoting and selling memberships and retail products
- Supporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanliness
- Delivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.)
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing amazing customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hour shifts
- Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude
- Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
- Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws
