As a Shop Manager, you’re the heart and soul of your Drybar location. You’ll lead with confidence, coach with kindness, and keep the shop running like a well-oiled (and perfectly styled) machine.
You’ll:
Guide and inspire the shop’s leadership team, Stylists, and Front Desk (aka Bartenders)
Live and lead by our Core Values—we call them our Heart & Soul
Recruit, hire, and retain amazing talent, from Stylists to Front Desk rockstars
Build strong relationships—with your team, your clients, and your local community
Deliver exceptional customer experiences every single time
Manage scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and all the nuts and bolts of daily operations
Coach your team with thoughtful feedback and development plans
Drive revenue and keep an eye on the shop’s financial health (P&L mastery, anyone?)
Take charge of inventory, minimize shrink, and keep the shop fully stocked and fabulous
Address employee and guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care
Execute marketing and HR strategies while keeping the shop on-brand and on-point
2+ years of proven management experience
Experience overseeing teams of 15+ people
Background in a fast-paced service environment (retail, restaurant, or salon a big plus!)
Passion for amazing customer service and strong people skills
Confidence in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
Familiarity with inventory management and staff scheduling
Ability to analyze and act on shop financials
Cosmetology license or salon experience? Awesome, but not required
A genuine love for leadership, solving problems, and helping others shine
