Drybar is hiring a Part Time Beauty Services Scheduler at our Phoenix location

Beauty Services Scheduler will:
- Provide support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns and schedule appointments for all 7 Drybar locations in Arizona
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Seize opportunities to upsell treatments and products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing exceptional guest care
-Work in a comfortable office environment located out of our Phoenix salon
