As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Drybar Highland. You’ll oversee scheduling, manage employees, drive sales and membership growth, and ensure top-tier customer service. This position requires someone who is organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.

Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage while controlling labor costs.
Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock replenishment as needed.
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and always meeting Drybar brand standards.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of stylists and front desk associates.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team success.
Address and resolve any employee concerns or conflicts proactively.
Drive retail and membership sales by training and motivating staff to upsell products and services.
Set and track sales goals, providing team support to meet and exceed targets.
Create and implement promotions and client engagement strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure that every client receives an exceptional Drybar experience from start to finish.
Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
✔ Strong leadership skills – experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
✔ Highly organized & self-motivated – able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
✔ Sales-driven mindset – ability to motivate the team to meet sales and membership goals.
✔ Customer service excellence – passionate about creating an outstanding client experience.

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Cosmetology License is a PLUS
