We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Who we like to refer to as Bartenders!) at both our EDINA & WAYZATA locations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is positive, reliable, friendly and customer focused. You will be the first and last impression for our clients and one of our main points of contact for our business, always providing exceptional customer service and shop support.

Some of the Day to Day duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phones and address clients' questions and inquiries about our services.
-Book appointments and managing appointment booking schedule
-Using a POS system to check clients in and out
-Maintaining client privacy when taking payments or collecting client information.
-Facilitating shop flow, ensuring appointments are seen on time
-Ability to multitask and wear many hats within the roll
-Contribute to shop sales - offering add-ons, memberships, & retail sales.
-Create engaging Videos of products and services.
-Create and record fun posts with team-members around the shop during slow and busy times.
- Help maintain shop cleanliness and follow proper Stateboard sanitation processes.

We are looking for an upbeat bartender with the following qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• the desire to provide amazing customer service
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
• Strong communication skills and strong presence with a client-oriented approach
• Self-starter with a leadership mentality
• Pleasant and positive demeanor
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
