Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for passionate, problem-solving and over-the-top friendly bartenders - who are the face of our shop! And no, not the kind of bartenders who serve drinks ;) Drybar bartenders are our amazing customer serivce and sales reps who greet customers and take of them throughout their Drybar experience.

 

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
• Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks

Here is what you will be doing as a Drybar Bartender:

• Provide customers with over the top client experience, from their first step in our shop to last.
• We love to sell memberships to our clients and hitting sales goal will be a big part of this role.
  
• Showcase your Drybar product and hot tool knowledge to clients to help them find their best fit.
• We need to keep the shop fresh, Bartender side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
• We love to connect with our team so we have meetings regularly.
• Not all encompassing, but overall needs to be a team player!
