Your Role as a Drybar Hair Stylist:
As a Drybar hairstylist, your mission is clear:
- Create Stunning Blowouts: Craft impeccable blowouts that leave our clients feeling fabulous.
- Exceed Client Expectations: Deliver a top-notch client experience that goes above and beyond.
- Product Advocacy: Share your passion by recommending and selling products, tools, and memberships.
- Shop Maintenance: Contribute to keeping our shop in tip-top shape – from dusting and cleaning to restocking products and maintaining a pristine environment.
- Team Engagement: Be an active part of our tight-knit team, participating in regular meetings to stay connected and informed.
What We're Looking for in a Drybar Hair Stylist:
- A current and valid cosmetology license in California.
- Available to be scheduled as opener (shifts begin at 6:45, 7:45 and 8:45am) or closer (shifts end from 5:15 to 7:15 pm)
- Availability on weekend shifts
- Exceptional hair styling and finishing skills that make heads turn.
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding service that makes clients smile.
- Excellent communication skills for building lasting relationships.
