Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

 

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, sales, customer service, salon, spa, etc.)
• Comfortable working with Point of Sale systems; prior POS experience is a big plus
• Salon or spa experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to keep up in a busy environment and stay organized under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional presence when things get hectic
• Known for delivering above-and-beyond customer service
• Confident multitasker
• Able to stand and move for 6–8 hour shifts
• Technically comfortable operating a POS system
• Uses logic and available resources to troubleshoot issues at the front desk
• Maintains professionalism at all times
• Drybar complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding background checks
