Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• You MUST have 2+ years experience in a Retail and Sales environment
• Extremely fast paced, Customer Service is #1 and is a non negotiable
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Critcal thinking skills are a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
• Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks

 

 

 

• 2+ Years experience with Retail or Service related industry
  • You must have experience with the above or your resume will not be reviewed
• Must work Fridays and Saturdays and alternate Sundays
• You must be customer centric first
• We are dealing with the public; this role requires for you to be outgoing and personable and focus to maintaing a high level of cusotmer experience
• We are selling the Drybar experience which is great vibes and a positie exprience.
