Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist

Job Summary:
Join our team at Drybar Uptown New Orleans as a Hair Stylist and be part of a vibrant salon environment dedicated to providing exceptional blowout and hairstyling services. Drybar Uptown New Orleans is looking for amazing hairstylists to help members and guests feel beautiful! Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Duties:
- Demonstrate expertise in creating hairstyles with roundbrush, blowdryer and hot tools.
- Offer retail products to clients and demonstrate proficiency in upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station while ensuring compliance with salon standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon atmosphere.

-Assist with shop operations including but not limited to cleaning as needed, sanitation of brushes and hairstyling implements according to state board regulations.

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology for state of Louisiana license required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and mandatory Sunday shift rotations.
